Diego Zaffaroni is an international educator and literacy consultant with over twenty years of experience. Holding an MA Education from Durham University, his research analysed the understanding of creativity in international schools. Diego led literacy initiatives in Italy, Iraq, and India, and worked with the British Council and Italian Ministry of Education. Previously a Dean of Academics, Primary Principal, and IB PYP Coordinator, he currently teaches at an IB school in Cairo, Egypt. Diego is develepoing his Cognitive Coaching practice to help colleagues strengthen structured literacy, creativity, and inquiry-based instruction.
