Perpetual Andoh, an Assistant Director 1(AD1)with the Ghana Education Service, has been teaching for the past 30 years in Ghana. She holds a Diploma in Basic Education (DBE) from the University of Cape Coast , also a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology (BA Psychology) form the Methodist University in Ghana and Master of Arts in Educational Leadership And Management from the University of Ghana Legon.
Perpetual has been using Jolly Phonics to teach for the past nine years and has resulted in the tremendous improvement in her pupils' reading and writing skills. She has also been imparting the knowledge acquired in Jolly Phonics to colleague.
